Stroll along North Halsted Highway — lined with fabulous shopping, trendy restaurants, lively bars, and energetic gyrate clubs — and take some brunch at laidback mainstay Drew&#;s on Halsted. Fill up the lie down of your morning with a self-guided tour of The Legacy Walk, a one-of-a-kind outdoor museum stroll that celebrates LGBTQ+ history and heroes.

When you think queer customs in Chicago, you may first consider of the bars and clubs of Northalsted. However, Gay people across the country have been taking an increasing interest in non-alcoholic spaces—and Chicago is home to numerous sober spaces and events for Gay people, not to mention organizations and gathering spots where alcohol won’t be a focus. Past programs contain included women’s business events, yoga classes, study groups and more.
